“Working with Edward has truly been a life changing experience. Coming to him during an incredibly difficult time in my life only to be met with an immense level of support, empathy and understanding was exactly what I needed. Each session was highly structured, carefully thought out and always left me walking away feeling I was another step closer in the right direction.
Edward is nothing short of professional and always made me feel completely at ease in session which makes the world of a difference particularly when you’re not feeling at your best. Finally, what really stuck with me even to this day was his care and attentiveness which often went beyond sessions, Edward was no stranger to sending across helpful resources or checking in to see how I was doing – this to me is something I will always be thankful for.
I would highly recommend Edward to anyone considering support in this area, you will be in the safest hands possible.” JB
“I found my TIR sessions with Edward to be incredibly powerful. At first, I was very nervous about what to expect. My usual inner critic was in overdrive, telling me things like, “You won’t be able to let go” or “This type of therapy won’t work for you.” However, Edward was deeply reassuring and worked with me gently and patiently. He created a safe space where I could express my fears and doubts, and he made the entire process clear and approachable. Thanks to just a handful of sessions, I truly feel that my past traumas have been unlocked, confronted, and laid to rest; an outcome I honestly didn’t expect when I began this journey. I highly recommend Edward to anyone considering TIR, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his support and care.” AM
“I’m the greatest advertiser of Edward’s work – I talk in sheer delight for endless moments about how I benefited from its whole entirety in the utmost tiny details.
I was living in a state of such emotional and physical anxiety that everything around me was coming to a halt, since I couldn’t deal with the most unimportant things. I suffered from an arresting PTSD which was related to a particular accident, but with Traumatic Incident Reduction, I’ve come to understand that it is entwined in a mesh of many other tiny, and not so tiny, traumas that I didn’t even know they were.
This understanding helped me to cope with fear and anxiety – effectively downgrading my permanent distress. This is all the result of the highly careful and professional way Edward carries out his sessions, which I attended enthusiastically as they are places of comfort and relief as well, where you will find your own way out of “uncoping”. “In my first session with Edward he guided me in a supportive, contained manner to verbalise all my feelings about a relationship that was troubling me and, in doing so, realise the patterns in it. The session was about two hours. It felt hard to keep talking about my feelings for that long, but only by keeping talking could I get to the realisations which were pretty huge. By that evening I was no longer confused, no longer blaming myself but I felt lighter, I felt clarity and I felt my own power return. A huge shift of energy as it were. And I woke up the next day happy, and proud of myself for stepping into my own value. Giving time to my feelings in a structured way, and arriving at a place of clarity instead of circles in my head, I was able to free up space in my mind for a couple of epiphanies about what the relationship really is to come in, which were so illuminating to me. And all of these conclusions were ones he guided me to reach for myself. I honestly feel so much freer today. I feel so grateful that he gave me that space to work through what had been happening for me to reclaim my own voice.” EA
“These trauma therapy sessions have truly helped me find peace and clarity.” JH
“I want to thank Edward so much for giving me a chance to be free from the past. It has changed my life. During the sessions I have been aided to uncover distressing childhood memories that I was unaware of and were causing me distress. I have been shown how to integrate the experiences into my life and to deal with them in an adult way so they become part of who I am and can be dealt with. Therapy has enabled me to articulate my needs and to stand up to any unfairness from people, family and friends.
It has also resolved shoulder pain which must be where the traumatic memories lay hidden.” CW
